Best Western Plus Altoona Inn

I could not have been more pleased with this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness area, pool, rooms, and common places were all exceptionally clean!! Best room I’ve had in a long while!! Very quiet and spacious and again staff Linda and Nicole could not have been more helpful. I will DEFINITELY stay again. Thanks for the pleasurable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rate was awesome. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. Parking was great. The location was nice and right off the highway. And the staff was very kind. And I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area next. Thanks.

This hotel was a delight the minute you walked in the door. From the decor to all the friendly staff at the front desk. Check in was a breeze. The rooms were very clean and nice. Beds very comfortable. The extra mile they went with the lighting under the bed was very nice. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. Places to eat within walking distance. Great stay

Dani was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our rooms. There were some food crumbs on the floor of one of the rooms we had. The room was for our mother who needed ADA and it was the only ADA room so she kindly came in and cleaned and gave us free waters and popcorn for the inconvenience The entire time she was personable, professional and kind. Breakfast was awesome, rooms were quiet. Older hotel but was recently renovated and is clean.

Would definitely come back- so very accommodating. We were able to have joining rooms so our grandchildren could go back and forth- the pool was awesome: could get right into the water and area very clean!! Our rooms were clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast: Eggs pancakes,sausage ,cereal”/oatmeal, danish, muffins, yogurt, fruit- everything thing that could want -best place we have stated!

Dani is awesome she greeted us with a smile and really helped us get settled in! We wanted to upgrade our room bc they have a jacuzzi suite!!! She went above and beyond to make it happen! Thank u and

I have such a great experience at Best Western Plus! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The manager, Dani, truly made our stay special. She is incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about the guests. You can tell she takes pride in making everyone feel comfortable and valued. It’s rare to meet management that goes above and beyond the way she does. Customer service like that makes all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

The night worker, she might’ve been a manager with the longer darker curly hair was AMAZING! she was a complete gem to work with! we had complications and had booked the same hotel in a different location but due to problems she was able to call that location figure out what needed to be done, called the 3rd party we booked through talked me through what to say, get our cancelation confirmed, get us a refund, and get our room here at this location booked. All in all she made it very easy to get done what needed to be done and the service all around was superior! Highly recommend this location, and will be staying here more often if needed! Thank you!
